Postpone due to high cost and less activities
2.Web site contents:
a)content editing:index and introduction pages,Sean will do the job.
b)more pictures:Bei will find some and forward to Carl.
c)forum membership:manual approve applications,add some information fields.
d)address book:members can access the member address book(Excel file) in forum.
Also there is a member list function in the forum.
3.Coming events:
a)Prepare for Chinese sports game:square team and BBQ party.
